Régula inevitably ages… Like you. Its furrows deepen, its skin becomes soggy, its carcass crisps. After finding balance in her relationship following the death of her husband, it was a big breakthrough! She goes on an intercultural journey to meet you, to pass on her best “Gumnastic” secrets, and help you, too, limit the damage of time! A true ode to joyful decrepitude, this show addresses the aging of the female body in a reveal that is as unbridled as it is intimate.
